I've spent 25 years in retail leadership learning how to perform under pressure, lead teams, manage constant change, and get the job done.
I also spent years believing that working harder was the answer.
Eventually, I realized that building a successful career meant very little if I wasn't also building a life I was proud to live.
That realization changed how I approached my money, my habits, my mindset, and my definition of success.
Today, I help other retail leaders and organizations do the same.
